Maximum Liability Cap
Our total liability for all claims related to the Software, regardless of cause or theory of liability, shall not exceed the amount paid by the user for the Software license in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. We are not liable for any failure or delay in Software performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including:
